Situated in the picturesque hamlet of Sileras, we are pleased to offer this charming village house with 4 bedrooms and fantastic outside space. It has been reformed inside and would be the perfect family home for holidays or full-time living.  It has the bonus of a great roof terrace which boasts outstanding views out over the surrounding countryside and village. 

You enter the property via double gates and a front patio area, with a mature lemon tree and enough room to park a small car.  Through the front door and into a room currently used as a dining room, off which is a ground floor bedroom. Double doors from the dining room lead into a large sitting room that has a log burner and this leads to a fully fitted kitchen and pantry.  From here, you have a door out to a spacious patio with room for a plunge pool or hot tub and a storage shed. There is also a downstairs fully fitted shower room and toilet.

Upstairs, you will find 3 more good-sized bedrooms, a seating area and a second family bathroom.

Then up to the 2nd floor, which is currently being used as a games room, but could easily be an upstairs sitting room or extra bedroom.  From here you have access out to a lovely roof terrace with amazing, far-reaching views of the rolling countryside and mountains.

Sileras is a small village belonging to the municipality of Almedinilla, it is located about four kilometers from it. It has a bar/restaurant and is in easy reach of much larger towns such as Priego De Cordoba, Almedinilla and Alcala la Real, which all offer full amenities.  In the heart of Sileras, you will discover the ancient laundries, silent witnesses of the past and the daily life of its inhabitants. In these laundries, the women would gather to wash clothes and share stories and laughter. Visiting these laundries will transport you to past times and allow you to appreciate the simplicity and authenticity of rural life.  Very close to the laundries is the Church of the Virgin of Carmen, a sacred place that has been a center of devotion and spiritual encounter for the community of Sileras over the years. This church, is a symbol of faith and a reference point in the village. The Virgin of Carmen, patron saint of sailors and protector of those who dedicate themselves to the sea, is revered here with devotion and love.  In addition to its historical and religious wealth, Sileras will captivate you with its natural dream environment. The closest airport is Granada which is around 1 hour away or the larger Malaga airport is around 1h30.
