The San Juan, Ranera and Susana rivers flow through it and the source of the San Juan river is a near by popular tourist attraction.  Every year in May, the town holds a famous cherry festival and several other fiestas throughout the year.  There is a lovely municiple outdoor pool open in the summer and several bars, restaurants, supermarkets and banks can be found throughout the town.
