The San Juan, Ranera and Susana rivers flow through it and the source of the San Juan river is a near by popular tourist attraction.  Every year the town holds a famous cherry festival following the harvest and several other fiestas throughout the year.  The town has all the amenities you need including bars, shops, restaurants and banks.  There is also a nice outdoor swimming pool with its own bar open in the summer months.
