 La Rabita is a small white village with a supermarket, petrol station, bars and other amenities.  It is also a short drive to the large Moorish Towns of Alcala la Real and Alcaudete. Granada and its airport can be reached in around 40 minutes and Malaga airport in around one hour and 45 minutes.
